Letter 1

As our elected representative there are many serious questions that currently remain unanswered. These include why you have not fully informed us, your constituents of the full implications of both the ETS and the Copenhagen treaty. Why do you NOT vehemently oppose both the ETS and Copenhagen, proposals that will tax us your constituents punitively yet at the same time have NO real benefit for the environment.

As over the last decade the globe hasnt warmed, the alarmist model projections have been shown to be false and now it is revealed that the alarmist ‘science’ has been manipulated to show a warming that is not real – therefore your current inaction on opposing the ETS & Copenahgen is no longer acceptable. You fail seriously in your responsibility as a representative of the people, you fail in your duty to protect the people and fail in your position to communicate clearly to the people.

Therefore we ask you either serve your conscience and be responsible to the people and block both the ETS and the Copenhagen Treaty or else vacate your position so someone who has our best interests at heart can be elected.

Letter 2

As one of your constituents I wish to voice my opposition to both the ETS and the signing of the Copenhagen Treaty. I do not believe either of these are good for the Australian people and I don’t believe there will be any measurable benefit to the climate by implementing these. As such as my elected representative I ask you to convey to the government my total opposition to this tax and treaty and opposition to any Government that supports them.

Letter 3a

I wish to express my disgust at the recent failure by the government and the opposition to exercise due diligence in regards climate change. Both the government and the opposition have repeatedly pushed a one sided alarmist global warming view of the climate which is at odds with both environmental reality and sound scientific method. These actions have resulted in billions of dollars of taxpayers money being spent on global warming when the world is actually cooling. Because of this behavior by the government and the opposition they are guilty of seriously misleading the public on this issue and also of the misappropriation of billions of dollars public funds and that to non existent causes with no measurable benefit. As a result of this appalling wastage, we your constituents stand seriously disadvantaged with the consequential loss of funding for basic and necessary government services.

The government and the opposition have therefore failed in their duty of care to the populace by these actions, have failed to clearly explain the draconian implications of the ETS and the Copenhagen treaty to the populace and have failed to be transparent about their actions to the populace. As the government and opposition continue to pursue the same damaging course of action then the Government should be dissolved immediately for its failure to act to the well being of the public.

Letter 4

Please be advised that I refuse to support any political party that endorses either the ETS or the Copenhagen treaty.

Letter 5

I, as an Australian citizen and one of your constituents I hereby demand that you, my elected representative commence proceedings to initiate a royal commission into climate change policy, politics and funding by the Australian Government. The terms of reference for this royal commission must include the following;

1. Full details of all lobbying to the government by any group that would seek to gain benefit from Government environmental policy and grants. This would include both Greenpeace and the WWF and their current and previous employees.

2. A full independent audit of the Bureau of Meteorology records with raw records being made public for independent scientific audit. Additional reference needs to be made with regards to BOM media policy and bias towards press releases that support a global warming agenda.

3. A full independent audit of the CSIRO including why all their model projections issue disclaimers that say they are unreliable yet these unreliable projections were used as a base for climate alarmism and propaganda by the government. Additional reference needs to be made with regards to CSIRO media policy and bias towards press releases that support a global warming agenda.

4. A full audit of the Department of Climate change with particular reference to why the Minister has been unable to give adequate factual and scientific support for the global warming hypothesis and yet pursued a direction of creating and implementing policy based on it. The terms of reference are also to include why the government has failed to have a policy for adaption to climate change that includes global cooling, particularly when cooling is a lot more devastating to the environment and the populace and also is what history and observation say lies ahead.

5. A full audit of the education system (primary, secondary and tertiary) and why methods that could reasonably be defined as child abuse have been used to indoctrinate and scare children with global warming propaganda.

6. A full audit of Government and why there has been no real or adequate transparency or education of the public on both the cost and the democratic implications of the Copenhagen Treaty

This government has and continues to behave appallingly and to the detriment of the Australian public and therefore these issues must be addressed in the first instance. If this government continues its insistance on the ETS and the Copenhagen treaty then in order to protect the wellbeing of the populace the government needs to be dissolved and a new caretaker government put in place until a new government can be elected.
